Editorial Policy

How OpportunityTrack selects, reviews, summarizes and publishes opportunity information.

Purpose

OpportunityTrack is an independent information website. Its goal is to make scholarships, internships, fellowships, jobs and education opportunities easier to understand without replacing the original provider notice.

Source standard

Opportunity pages should be based on an official university, government, employer, foundation, international organization or programme source whenever one is available. Third-party posts may help discover an opportunity, but the final listing should point readers to the official source before publication.

Human review before publication

Automatically detected items remain drafts until an administrator reviews the title, category, provider, deadline, eligibility summary, application route and source link. Automation is used to reduce repetitive work, not to publish unreviewed claims.

Original presentation

OpportunityTrack uses its own structure and plain-language summaries. It does not present copied promotional text as original reporting. Readers should use the official provider page for final rules, forms and legal conditions.

Images

Where suitable, a provider-hosted image may be shown with source attribution. If an appropriate unique image is unavailable or already used elsewhere, OpportunityTrack uses a generated title-based cover instead of repeating the same stock image.

Advertising separation

Advertising does not determine which opportunities are published, how they are described or whether an opportunity is recommended. Editorial content and advertisements are kept visually separate.
